Adventure about to begin!
Today Lara and I are going to St Ives for a few days R & R. Hopefully the weather will behave itself, but I’m not holding my breath. There will be shopping, museum & art gallery visiting, chatting, eating and maybe a bit of drinking! Planning to leave around 5:30pm when I’ve picked her up from home. Bliss…

Holiday? in Lyme Regis
So, we’re back!
We decided to come back on the Thursday instead of the Friday. The weather forecast was bad and there seemed no point in dragging it out another day.
We had forgotten how hilly and cramped Lyme Regis is. Totally unsuitable for anyone who is not young, active and able bodied. The house we rented was perched on a mountain, about half a mile from the centre of town on a slope...
No 3G or wifi in Lyme Regis!
So, no regular updates on this holiday! How can people live like this? Lyme Regis totally unsuitable for the disabled. Parking difficult and full up. Having to leave L R to find places to eat that mum can get to. Great weather so far.

Lyme Regis Tomorroq
I’d love to say we are all set and ready to go but we’re nowhere near. I’ve packed for mum but that wore me out. Will resume tomorrow.
