Birthday Celebrations
A lovely evening where Lara cooked me (and the rest of the family) dinner and made a wonderful cake - only 4 candles thank goodness!
Lara - great cooking - obviously got the cake gene from the Whitfield side of the family!
Lovely presents too. Beautiful flowers - I’m a lucky lady to have such a lovely family.

Superb place. Totally serene. Old Roman city. Later deserted. Very interesting.
Day 1 - Shrewsbury
Gorgeous town with amazing buildings. Too much traffic unfortunately, but very interesting.
Off to Shropshire tomorrow...

Really nice day up in London with Helen. Visited Ben Franklin’s House in the morning and then the Banqueting House in the afternoon.
